March 2nd – 8th will be Severe Weather Awareness Week this year with the Statewide Tornado drill scheduled for Wednesday March 5th at 9:30 am.
 

Two Advanced SKYWARN Severe Weather Spotters classes will be held on Wednesday, March 12th. The first class will begin at 2:00 pm and include radar interpretation techniques. The second class will begin at 7:00 pm. Both classes will be held at our Emergency Services building on Meadowood Street. Everyone is welcome to attend either of these free classes. No registration necessary.
